"We stayed at Villa Pane in July and really enjoyed our stay. In fact, it felt like we\'d struck gold. It is by far one of the most tranquil and beautiful spots in Sorrento. It is very rustic and quiet and so if you are wanting to be in the centre of it all, it\'s probably not the right place for you. Luigi and Anna were so hospitable and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Luigi was fantastic with the shuttle bus service and even gave us a lift to a wedding which we were going to. The only downside is that the service only runs til 11.30 and a taxi up the hill is beyond expensive - it won\'t even go all the way due to the tiny road leading up to the villa. The food was wonderful, breakfast simple but with nice fresh ingredients, some from the farm. The rooms were good and clean. The air con didn\'t really work too well but it isn\'t too hot up on the hill at night. The gardens are swimming pool area were idyllic, surrounded by lemon trees. I would definitely recommend this, especially for couples wanting some quiet and a unique experience."
"We had the best week at Villa Pane last Oct. We booked the cooking class through Edible Destination. Anna Maria, her son Gianluigi and assistant Angela are the best. Our cooking class consisted of 9 and was perfect. Who knew I\'d like zucchini flowers and my husband would be making ravioli and pasta at home. Not to mention he\'s made tiramisu & Limoncello! All the meals we made were fabulous - first we cook, then we all eat - family style. The room was very comfortable and the view absolutely beautiful. Breakfast each morning was perfect - different items each day. The grounds, her gardens, flowers, lemon trees, the chickens, everything was just amazing. Anna Maria makes you feel very comfortable from the time you step in the lobby until you sadly have to say goodbye and go home. As I told Anna Maria, we\'ll be back. Thank you Anna Maria. We miss you!"
"After many hotel holidays in Sorrento this was our first time staying in a Guest House and we were not sure what to expect. Our 10 day stay at Villa Pane turned out to be the most relaxing and enjoyable break we have ever had. The 4 course evening meals were of the highest quality. Anna Maria, Luigi and the family were so friendly and obliging you felt that you had known them all your life. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and the assurance of excellent food at every meal then you will not be disappointed with your time at Villa Pane. The shuttle bus is well organised and the pick up point is only a couple of minutes walk from the main square. We also attended the cookery class and again thoroughly enjoyed the experience."

"Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September für 10 Tage Gäste der Villa Pane und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Familie Brot ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und Anne kocht das beste Essen in ganz Sorrent! Ihre 4-Gänge Menues sind ein Traum und stets mit frischen Zutaten aus dem Garten zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und werden täglich sauber gemacht und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Durch sehr gute Busverbindungen kann man die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Amalfiküste bequem erreichen. Wenn man mal keine Lust auf eine Tour hat, dann entspannt man einfach im wunderschönen Garten am kleinen Pool. Ich kann diese Pension uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, denn es ist Erholung pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
"Da dove si dovrebbe cominciare per descrivere Villa Pane?Forse dall'intenso profumo di gelsomini pronto ad accoglierti all'arrivo, o forse dalla meravigliosa presenza degli alberi di limoni e ulivi, complici nel creare un'atmosfera rilassante.Magari potrei cominciare dall'accoglienza delle sue camere e dalla bontà della sua genuina cucina..... Forse per non sbagliare potrei cominciare parlando dei miei nuovi amici Annamaria e Gianluigi e della loro capacità di farti sentire a casa con grande semplicità ed affetto sincero..... La verità è che a pensarci bene è proprio bello non sapere da dove cominciare per descrivere quell'angolino di paradiso che è Villa Pane e la "sua gente".... "We spent 10 days at Villa Pane in September. The atmosphere is very friendly. After a long, intense day (excursion to the Vesuv, Pompei, Capri and Ischia) it is the right place just to relax. To enjoy the dinner on the terrace with a nice view on Sorrento. Anne-Marie cooks like italian grand-mothers do. The three course menu (at an extremely interesting price) was delicious, good house wine and at the end the home made Limoncello (we have bought 3 bottles) was the highlight after a busy day. You have to eat at Anne-Maria to taste the difference. We had a very nice, big room as well as bathroom. The Villa Pane is located above Sorrento (5 min by car). If someone is looking for peace after a long turbulent day, with a beautiful view of Sorrento and the good Italian cuisine according to grand-mother's recipe, Villa Pane is the right place."

And we had a magnificent view Sorrento and the sea (golfo di Napoli). The breakfast and evening dinner were excellent. The shuttle bus is well organised. We have used it every day.
